Tradegate AG is the primary market maker and liquidity provider to Europe’s largest stock exchange catering specifically to the needs of retail investors – Tradegate Exchange. It is our responsibility to guarantee sufficient liquidity and competitve prices for over 10,000 German and international stocks and other exchange-traded products. 


With over 36 million unique transactions executed in the year 2023 alone, our role as liquidity provider on the exchange is Tradegate AG’s primary source of revenue and driver of continuous growth. Uniquely, Tradegate Exchange provides real-time prices to the public free of charge.

Proprietary mini futures

Beginning in 2021, Tradegate AG has been steadily growing a new area of business activity. We are now issuers of our own products aimed at private investors. These are leveraged exchange-traded products reflecting fluctuations in the underlying prices of our most actively traded individual shares. Over 1,000 of our own products can already be traded during exchange opening hours.


The unique selling point: we show our customers actual prices in real time with a fair spread and an invariable tick size of 0.01 cents. Any change in the value of the underlying asset is immediately reflected in the price of our product.
